It’s always sunny
Don’t put your sunnies away. They’re important all year round. If you don’t have sunglasses - find some. They’re an investment that doesn’t have an expiration date. Sunglasses will protect your eyes, your skin, and the muscles around your eyes.
We’re tilting as we rotate around the sun. Fun fact, we always are. Yes, as we we enter Fall and Winter, we have less sunlight because we’re tilting away from the sun. Even though the air is becoming crisper and we don’t feel the heat, the sun hangs out lower and our eyes still need protection when you’re outside getting your Vitamin D, driving in the car, or out on the slopes! The glare is even more dangerous when the sun is at this level. There’s more debris and ice when you’re out skiing or snowboarding.
Protect from short-term muscle strain which leads to headaches and even long-term damage like blindness and eyelid skin cancer. Clean off those sunglasses or procure a pair!
